Your location, the number of devices connected to one network, internet capacity, chosen content, and the configuration of your device all these factors play an important role in streaming videos. Therefore, G-IPTV doesn’t guarantee the content because of the above-mentioned reasons. For your information, sharing of subscriptions is prohibited and will result in device ban or permanent suspension.

VPN OR PROXY USER
We do not suggest the usage of VPN or Proxy servers while connecting to our servers. Using such servers will affect your streaming quality

Accuracy of Information
We require all data that has been submitted to us to have no errors, be accurate and updated. You have sole responsibility for the utilization over your own account.

Compatibility
You can find the list of devices that are compatible with our service in our website. In order to use services at G-IPTV your devices must be compatible and meet the systems requirements.

Internet Service and Data Usage
We are not responsible for any network charges or expenses used to get our services. The expenses are solely the user’s responsibility.

Sharing a Subscription
We provide only one active stream at any given time. Sharing subscriptions is prohibited and can result in a permanent ban. Though, you can watch on multiple devices at the same time by purchasing extra connections.

Number Of Channels and Movies (VOD)
G-IPTV has new updates every week, therefore, there are changes in the number of Channels and Movies in the VOD library.

Suspension and Downtime
G-IPTV can suspend or end your access if its terms and conditions are violated. In the extension of our rights, you acknowledge that: You can be denied access, Your account may be suspended for any length of time scheduled or unscheduled or for any reason any portion or all of the services at our website may become unavailable.

G-IPTV owns the copyrights to all G-IPTV logo and G-IPTV scripts, trademarks, graphics. These trademarks cannot be downloaded, copied, exploited or used in any other way.

purchasing Policies and Terms and Conditions (T&C)

By purchasing any plan you are agree on the below policies:

1- All subscription plans are non-refundable, digital codes cannot be sell to someone else.

2- We are a familiar IPTV Service, that’s why We don’t provide Porn/Adults contents at all.

3- Re-stream / Re-share is not allowed, if the system detect any attempt of re-streaming the users will be banned immediately without refund and will not unbanned.

4- Supports Language (Only English for now)

5- Supports trying to do their best to fix any issue reported, but kindly we ask reports to double check reports before delivering it to team, otherwise your ticket will be ignored & closed.

6- One subscription for one device only else will be banned by server and will not be unbanned at any cost and no refund.

7- If someone open dispute with PayPal, they will lose both money and remaining months’ subscription permanently because digital goods are non-refundable, if you have any issues please let us know.

8. Respect your provider else will be banned permanently without any refund.

9. Zero refund after purchase because those codes are non refundable and cannot be sell to someone else. if you have any issue please let us know.

10.ISP problem: if you buy the subscription and later on discovered that your ips is blocking your internet to connect our server then you have to change the ISP or VPN at your own cost no refund will be given.

11.Faulty Device: no refund you have to change your device

12.Channel not working: you don’t need ask refund simply let us know which channel is not working and we will fix it in 24hr-48hr

13.VPN: VPN customers must have their own VPN  to access our service otherwise no refund will be given.

14. During the buffering / service down time I’ll remain calm and wait for the service to restore in it’s stable condition as per my purchase order.

15. Each country has its perspective on IPTV services, including concerns about pirated offerings. Please note that in the event of a takedown for any reason, the company cannot provide refunds. Purchase at your own discretion. Thank you.
